The red lines show the limits of the City of Clearwater. Green lines show the limits of our neighborhood association. As assigned by the City of Clearwater, and included in our bylaws, the LBNA area is bounded as follows:
North by Lakeview Road
East by Missouri Avenue
West by South Myrtle
South by Belleair Road
As the Alt-19 corridor project moves forward, Lake Belleview Neighborhood Association intends to make a case to extend the boundaries of the neighborhood.

This is an insurance map that clearly shows that fresh water from Lake Belleview was pumped to Belleview Hotel using an elevated water tower. The engineering notes say "Pump capacity 265 gallons per minute inexhaustible supply of water from pond". Of course that "pond" is Lake Belleview.
